SwiNG the Swiss National Grid was launched in 2006 with the aim to bring together the Swiss researchers involved in distributed computing projects. It will represent the Swiss grid community in international bodies and will lay the foundation for a national grid infrastructure. CSCS, SWITCH, ETHZ,EPFL, University of Basel,University of Bern, University of Geneva, University of Lausanne, University of Zürich, University of Neuchatel,EIA-FR, EIG, FMI, SIB, FGCZ, Novartis, National Contact Point for EU-related research (EUResearch) are members of SwiNG.
