Linda Bernardi and Rich Miller each bring to the Advisory Board a proven innovative vision for emerging technologies and a successful track record for delivering results with fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial companies. Their combined experience offers Cloudsoft access to a wealth of technology, market and industry knowledge and expertise as the company continues to grow and build on its partnerships with high performance and Cloud computing innovators including Arista Networks, Citrix Systems, Intel, Solarflare and Super Micro.

Spending for IT Cloud services is expected to increase significantly in the next few years, estimated by industry analysts IDC to reach over $42 billion by 2012, paving the way for Cloudsoft and its partners to continue to grow as well.

"As the market demand for cloud computing products and services escalates, driven by increased enterprise adoption, we are uniquely positioned for success in 2010 and beyond", stated Duncan Johnston-Watt, founder and CEO, Cloudsoft. "Attracting industry luminaries of the calibre of Rich and Linda to our Advisory Board validates our progress thus far and promises a bright future for Cloudsoft. We are eager to build on the success of Monterey and continue to help companies bridge the gap between the enterprise and the Cloud."

Linda Bernardi's leadership experience spans two decades in emerging and future technologies, and includes entrepreneur and multiple senior executive leadership and consulting positions. Most recently, Linda Bernardi founded StraTerra Partners, a consultancy offering strategy services in enterprise oriented technologies. Prior to StraTerra, she founded ConnecTerra Inc., a software provider connecting RFID technology to large enterprise IT. Earlier in her career, Linda Bernardi held several executive positions, serving as VP of Strategy and Innovation at Capgemini, prior to which most notably she held various senior technology positions for 12 years at the think tank, BBN, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Rich Miller is President of Telematica Inc., a consulting firm and holding company with a practice in product strategy and business development for utility computing and networked services. Rich Miller most recently served as CEO for Replicate Technologies Inc., a provider of management technology for the networks that support virtual machine environments (VMEs). Prior to this he co-founded and served as COO at Univa Corporation (now Univa UD), a provider of high performance ('Grid') computing and datacenter management systems. For the bulk of his career, he has focused on emerging messaging technologies and innovative distributed applications, first as a technologist and product strategist, and then as a business strategist and operating executive.

As VP of Strategic Partners at General Magic, Rich Miller enlisted some of the world's leading carriers to implement consumer oriented data services based on the company's Telescript mobile agent technology. As a consultant, executive, and an early investor, he has overseen the formation and funding of several influential technology companies providing security applications, wireless network infrastructure technologies, and service infrastructures for networked services.
